iMatrix Academic Internship Program (IAIP)

You will gain proficient knowledge in the following:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Macromedia Dreamweaver
• Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
• Flash MX
• *Digital Video Editing *(subject to client demand)

• One on One attention: the best way to learn is to have one teacher with one student. With IAIP there is only 1 Senior Project Coordinator at any given time with 1 intern.
• IAIP operates in a business environment. Interns will learn not only about web design and development, but also have a unique vantage at business operations including:
• web server management
• client interaction / retention
• company billing procedures
• resource allocation

• iMatrix utilizes only the latest in computer technologies. Interns will have a dedicated computer terminal running the latest software and specs.

At the end of the internship program you will receive:

• The iMatrix Academic Internship Certificate
• Based on your proficiency you will be eligible for a letter of rec.
• *Course credit - check eligibility with academic institution
• Real world experience in the web design and web development arena
• Live portfolio samples to show off

What it takes to be considered:

All applicants will be considered, but note that space is extremely limited. Preference will go to applicants that have a strong foundation in web design, and a willingness to learn.
