Internet Matrix, Inc., provides all full-time employees with a comprehensive, high-quality benefits package. After the first of the month, following three full calendar months of employment, new employees can enroll in any and all plans, and while some require monthly premiums, the company pays the majority of the costs.

Medical
Excellent plan choices are available to you and your family: a PPO plan and multiple HMO plans. Each one provides excellent coverage for the single employee. You pay a share of employee monthly premiums and full premium cost for dependents. Small office co-pays can make going to the doctor a breeze. Annual open enrollment allows ease of transfer between plans.

Dental
An HMO plan with a large Network of dentists to choose from in your area. You are allowed to change provider as needed. This plan provides preventive, basic, and major dental services with a low premium cost to the employee.

Vision
A PPO Plan with the option of choosing a Network provider  or an Out of Network provider (Out of Network is at a greater cost to employee).  This plan basic vision optical services with a low premium cost to the employee.

401(k) Plan
Internet Matrix, Inc., provides an excellent way for you to save for retirement with our 401(k) plan. It features quarterly entry dates (after eligibility is met), an opportunity to contribute up to the annual IRS maximum amount, plan rollover, and a loan option.

Flex Savings Accounts (FSA)
An FSA allows an employee to set aside a portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified expenses, most commonly for medical expenses but often for dependent care or other expenses. Money deducted from an employee's pay into an FSA is not subject to payroll taxes, resulting in a substantial payroll tax savings.

Sick Days / Personal Days / Holidays
iMatrix allocates 12 days paid time to each employee per year who have passed their 30 day training period, and 18 days paid time to each employee per year who has passed their five years with the company . These days are allocated between sick and personal days at the employee’s discretion.

Banking
Internet Matrix, Inc., is affiliated with Bank of America. Direct Deposit of your paycheck will automatically remove monthly account fees.
