Summary: The Sales Lead assists internet consultants with day to day questions and is responsible to bring in their own sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to performing all duties associated with the Internet Consultant role a Sales Lead will:

• Performs Internet Consultant tasks.
• First point of contact for any questions that an I.C. may have.
• Second voice to close any straggling deals.
  
• Motivate and inspire team members.
• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.
• Help keep the team focused and on track!
  
• Consult with potential clients with custom websites and more complex projects.
• Some independent judgment and creativity is expected.
• Reports to Sales Manager.
