Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing new client acquisition in a specific vertical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs all Internet Consultants and Sales Coaches.
• Directs and oversees all aspects of sales activity.
• Insures corporate polices are followed for sales department.
• Establishes, plans, and directs all sales training.
• Plans and researches expansion into new markets and development of new divisions.
• Responsible for aquiring, understanding and reporting of key sales metrics.
• Coordinates with Brand Development, Support, and Marketing Managers to increase sales.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or greater and at least 5 years of experience managing a inside sales group.
• Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Reports to Director of Operations
