 Job Description:

Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting a variety of internal and external stakeholders including the Marketing, Product, and Service teams. The Designer will have a proven ability to drive both content creation and illustration. They will be responsible for developing a wide array of materials including custom illustrations, posters, HTML emails, whitepapers, event signage, datasheets, web sites, social media presences, and digital clip content for services within the organization.

 Responsibilities:

· Direct creative design for print and online

· Work closely with the marketing, service, product and web teams to develop rich, compelling visuals for marketing services

· Develop a variety of materials including; custom illustrations, posters, email, datasheets, white papers, event signs, and other design projects for both print and online

· Work with the marketing communications team to manage design and workflow for projects that span print, online, video, and multimedia — from design comps to photo shoots and final production

· Manage localization and formatting of global marketing collateral, working closely with translation agencies and regional marketing managers.

· Implement and ensure corporate brand strategy and global identity is consistently communicated

· Pre print checks and maintaining working relationships with printers to ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials for numerous events throughout the year

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelors in Graphic Arts or Design

· 2-3 years of experience in graphic design for both digital and print

· Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment

· Flexible to work evening or weekend events

· Strong communication skills

· Strong project management experience combined with skills in digital design, print, and production processes
